Hi, I’m Samantha Hunter, RN, BSN, founder and CEO of Esse Aesthetics. My entire career has been built on critical judgment, compassion, and precision. In the ICU, a small dose in the wrong place is a crisis, not a cosmetic issue, so accuracy and science guided every decision. At Esse, they still guide everything we do.
After years of reactive care, I was burned out. And as a patient, med spas never felt right to me: rushed, sales-driven, and missing the care I knew patients deserved.
So I built the place I couldn’t find: proactive care guided by ICU-level standards in how we assess, how we treat, and when we say no. Every provider is trained on the E.S.S.E. Method, so you get the same precision and honesty at every appointment.

How much does Botox cost?
Botox at Esse Aesthetics is $14 per unit. Most clients need 22 units to treat the forehead, frown lines, so a typical visit is about $308 - $420. You'll get clear pricing at your consultation before anything happens, and payment plans and memberships are available.
Who performs injections at Esse Aesthetics?
All treatments are performed by licensed nurse injectors trained on the E.S.S.E. Method, developed by founder Samantha Hunter, RN, BSN. With 10 years as an ICU nurse, Samantha built Esse around clinical precision, safety, and natural-looking results
How long does Botox last?
Botox typically lasts 3 to 4 months. Results show within 3 to 5 days and peak at about 2 weeks. Many clients book on a regular schedule, and our Confidence Vault membership makes that consistency simple to budget for.
When should I start preventative Botox?
Many women start preventative Botox in their late 20s or 30s, when fine lines appear with expression but don't stay at rest. Starting early with small, conservative doses can soften lines before they set in. At your consultation, we'll tell you honestly whether it's the right time.
What's the difference between Botox and dermal filler?
Botox relaxes the muscles that cause expression lines, like forehead lines and the 11s. Dermal filler restores volume and structure in areas like the cheeks, lips, and jawline. Many women benefit from both, and your treatment plan will explain exactly what each one does for you.
